I have been a loyal customer for quite a few years and this last visit bares attention too. This E mail is in regard to my last visit to your Casino. Good day: I wasn’t going to write an E mail but, I changed my mind, if not to inform but, to vent and release stress on my end. I would visit more, but the attitude of the staff is really distasteful. And, if you are a club member, there are numerous promotions that could prove beneficial. Otherwise, the casino is great with numerous interesting games. Why? Racism! Sycuan, like many hotels these days, needs to implement a no tolerance policy when it comes to racism. It was not service oriented or accommodating. I never asked him to over pour, I just wanted little ice. Tanya said, 'because he made the drink the way you requested, I will not have him re-make the drink.' We're talking a $20 Cadillac Marguerita that tasted like sour lemonade. Tanya refused to re-make a Marguerita that the bartender overpoured with mix because I said, I wanted little ice. We also had an issue at the lobby bar with the manager, Tanya. We had issues checking in at the front desk with Anthony, he' s arrogant, condescending, and disrespectful. However, the beauty of the hotel is diminished by the ugly disposition and attitudes of the staff. The hotel is modern and tastefully decorated. MAY THE REST OF YOUR SHIFT GO BY QUICK AND SWIFT! and always remember anytime that you begin your shift remember this….

I just want to say you thank you 'Cecily' from the bottom of my heart.And all gaming players that come out to enjoy themselves Sycuan is the place to check out!!! CECILY I hope that you get the recognition that you deserve…. and even if she isn't working on that particular day. Then I suggest that you take a trip to Sycuan Casino during her shift. shift! …To have a great experience in a nice clean Casino. she handles them with Grace….(probably knowing that these kind of pressures will be a thing of the past.) if you would like to have a wonderful first time or if you are a regular hopefully you will have an encounter with the fabulous….'Cece'.I suggest during 'Cecily's'. which by the way the complaints come in very few and far. Showing her capability with dealing with one or two situations, issues, concerns and complaints from customers and yet seem to solve, attend to, manage and resolve each and every one and do it without complaint.

Starting from day one she has always brought her enthusiasm into her workplace during her shift. I would like to show my appreciation to the lead ambassador 'Cecily' by expressing my personal gratitude for the kind, patient,and respectful service I have received during my visits to 'Sycuan'casino.
